Merita Salihu supports ILX Management’s sustainability strategy integration across its investment activities. Before joining, she worked at the Global Center on Adaptation, where she led projects on climate-resilient infrastructure and Nature-based Solutions across Africa. Prior to that, she held roles at MIGA and PPIAF within the World Bank Group.
Merita holds an MA in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
