Lydie is responsible for HR and general operations at ILX. Before joining ILX, she set up the Netherlands Board of Tourism abroad and had her own management and relocation company with clients such as McKinsey, Coca Cola and Apple. She has also worked at the South African Netherlands Chamber of Commerce and is a Deloitte graduate.
Lydie holds an MSc Public Affairs/Public Administration from the University of Twente and a Bachelor of Education from Hogeschool Leiden.
