Kuan supports ILX in the collection, validation, and interpretation of sustainability-related data to inform investment decisions and reporting. Prior to joining ILX, she worked at the Joint Impact Model Foundation, where she supported financial institutions in measuring financed emissions and developing climate-related strategies. Before that, she was a consultant at EY Taiwan, contributing to the national-level implementation of TCFD guidance and climate risk disclosure frameworks.
Kuan holds an MSc in Governance of Sustainability from Leiden University and a BSc in Political Science from National Taiwan University
