Inés is responsible for legal and compliance affairs and leading the team. Prior to joining ILX, she worked as Legal Counsel for BBVA, acting as legal advisor for the Bank’s Board of Directors and various group corporate functions on corporate governance, remunerations, compliance and banking regulation. Before BBVA, Inés worked at several top-tier law firms and specialised in the fields of litigation & arbitration, corporate insolvency & bankruptcy, and restructuring & refinancing.
Inés holds an LLB in Law from the Autonomous University in Madrid and an LLM cum laude in International Law from Utrecht University.
