Guillaume is a Senior Investment Manager, Head of Infrastructure and Energy. He is responsible for leading the infrastructure and energy projects. He has over 18 years of experience in emerging market development finance, with experience at EBRD, and the French Development Agency (AFD). Guillaume has worked in a variety of sectors, with a strong focus on infrastructure and energy projects, especially PPPs and municipal loans. He has led teams to originate, structure and implement complex impact transactions in Southern Africa, North Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.
Guillaume is an economics and finance graduate of ESSEC Business School and holds a MSc in Business Administration and Management from Science Po Strasbourg.
