Geert has been at ILX since 2021 and has contributed to the development of the manager through his technical knowledge of financial products, data analysis, and modelling. In his current role, he leads investment due diligence, predominantly for project finance transactions (e.g. renewable energy, infrastructure and mining) as well as corporate finance (e.g. agriculture and logistics), and financial institutions (e.g. banks and leasing companies). Prior to joining ILX, he was an Actuarial and Investment Consultant at Sprenkels & Verschuren.
Geert holds an MSc in Econometrics, Operations Research & Actuarial Studies, and a BSc in Econometrics & Operations Research from the University of Groningen.
