Amsterdam, The Netherlands. February 5th, 2026. ILX announces the appointment of Paul de Klerk as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, in succession to Nanno Kleiterp.

ILX Management, the Amsterdam-based emerging market private credit asset manager, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul de Klerk as Chairman of its Supervisory Board, as of 1st of January 2026.

Paul joined the Supervisory Board in September 2025 and brings decades of leadership experience in private equity and banking.

“Since joining the Supervisory Board in September, I’ve seen firsthand the impact ILX is making in mobilising pension fund capital for sustainable development,” said Paul de Klerk. “With a strong team, good track record, and a clear strategy, ILX is well-positioned for significant growth in the coming years“

Paul succeeds Nanno Kleiterp as board Chair, who stepped down after being with ILX since its inception, initially during the incubation period from 2018-2021 and as Chair since its foundation in 2022.
