ILX participated in financing alongside the IFC to a leading third-party logistics operator in Latin America, with operations across multiple countries and a strong regional presence. Operating in 12 countries, the company plays a key role in providing integrated logistics services and supporting supply chains across the region.

The transaction supports the operator’s regional expansion in Peru, enabling the company to grow its operation through the acquisition of a leading provider of freight transportation, storage, and container repair services, further strengthening its presence in Latin America. The investment contributes to the development and integration of the region’s fragmented logistics industry by supporting a consolidated regional logistics platform in South and Central America. At the same time, the investment supports the company in enhancing its GHG accounting and resource efficiency practices.
