Ahead of Biodiversity COP17 in Armenia, Women in Impact Investing, NL, MN and ILX will convene an intimate roundtable on the evolving nature and biodiversity finance agenda.

Biodiversity loss is increasingly recognised as a significant challenge for economies, communities and investors. While awareness of nature-related risks, dependencies and opportunities is growing, important questions remain about how the financial sector can translate global biodiversity ambitions into meaningful action and mobilise more capital for nature-positive outcomes.

The roundtable will bring together approximately 20 women from the Women in Impact Investing community for a candid exchange on the priorities shaping the discussions ahead of COP17. Participants will reflect on the role of investors and the wider financial system, the barriers that continue to limit investment in nature, and the policy and market developments needed to support greater action.
