Luz leads the sustainability team and is responsible for designing and implementing the sustainability strategy of the Fund. Prior to joining ILX, she coordinated a portfolio on financial inclusion and impact investing at the KIT’s unit of Sustainable Economic Development, advised UN’s capital investment agency, and worked at the National Bank of Argentina as a Financial Advisor to the Board of Directors, advising specifically on SME finance, and has several published academic papers covering a wide range of development finance topics, including financial inclusion for women, and the role of development banking in Latin America.
Luz holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Finance from UTDT.
