Advancing regional manufacturing capacity in Eastern Europe

Kormotech is a pet food producer operating numerous plants in Ukraine, with 77,000 tonnes capacity per annum, and a greenfield project plant in Lithuania. The company has significant export activity to 41 countries, mainly in the EU.

ILX participated in the financing structured by EBRD to significantly expand production capacity and support growing demand in European and international markets. As a Ukrainian-founded and Ukrainian-owned business, Kormotech’s expansion supports economic resilience linked to Ukraine, helping the company continue growing and exporting despite the challenging operating environment.
