Expanding industrial finance in Mexico

ILX participated in a loan structured by IDB Invest to a company focused on the manufacturing, distribution, and financing of specialised equipment across multiple countries, particularly Mexico. The company offers financing solutions and training programmes for MSMEs and constructs industrial facilities to support its operations.

Loan proceeds will be used to extend the life of an outstanding balance of an existing IDB Invest loan (2020) and to finance the growth of the credit portfolio of the company’s dedicated financial arm, aimed at financing the acquisition or leasing of equipment to clients, primarily MSMEs. This increases access to financing for productive assets, supporting business operations and inclusive growth.
